General Information
The 2026 Silicon Nanoelectronics Workshop is a satellite workshop of the 2026 Symposium on VLSI Technology & Circuits sponsored by the IEEE Electron Device Society. It will be held on June 13-14, 2026. This workshop is held alternately between Hawaii and Kyoto in an annual series, i.e., even year in Hawaii and odd year in Kyoto. Original papers in the general area of semiconductor materials, devices, technologies, and applications that utilize silicon or which are based on novel materials on silicon substrates are welcome.
